Device is extremely slow and there is a significant pen lag when trying to write. It’s become my e-reader for me because it doesn’t function well for anything else. It’s unfortunate because the YouTube reviews were good for this item. My only recourse is that I paid about the same price as the Kindle basic. Can’t return since the company is going out of business.
